Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at dollylyfesupplyco@gmail.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.
